Breaking through Generational Curses 

​

My Lord, my Lover, and my GOD

You are the Creator of the Universe 

You are the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth 

You are the Lord of all creations 

​

At this very moment, I am on my knees

My heart, mind, body, and soul is in one composure 

To petition about this important matter

That has been lingering in my life for decades 

​

My Lord, my Lover, and my GOD, 

I have witnessed the sins of my youth 

I have witnessed the sins of my parents

I have witnessed the sins of my husband

I have witnessed the sins of my family members 

​

I know them well because we came from the generation of sinful people

Lord, as much as I am ashamed of my sins

Lord, as much as I feel guilty of my errors 

I know that in You there is no condemnations 

For You have said in Your Holy Scripture that

"Most important of all, continue to show deep love for each there, 

for LOVE covers multitude of sins" (1 Peter 4:8)

My Lord, my Lover, and my GOD, 

I know that when I depended and turned my back from sins 

I have come to Your beautiful light 

I have come to the knowledge of Your eternal truth

I have chosen LIFE over death 

​

For You are the LIVING GOD who loves all of Your creations

For You are the LIVING GOD who blesses all of Your creations 

For You are the LIVING GOD who cares about the well-being of people

For You are the LIVING GOD who gives many chances for repentances 

​

You are the LIVING GOD who is just yet merciful 

You are the LIVING GOD who sees the deepest longings of people's souls

You are the LIVING GOD who knows every needs of people 

You are the LIVING GOD who loves with eyes wide-open

​

My Lord, my Lover, and my GOD, 

You have taught me well through sending me: Christ Jesus, my Teacher

You have said through the scripture: 

"Let us love, neither in word or speech, but in actions and truth" (1 John 3:18)

 

I proclaim that I have love others as much as I can in actions and in truth

I proclaim that I have try my very best to follow Your Holy Scripture

I proclaim that I bind the evil spirits that might try to harm me and my family members in Jesus Christ most victorious name...

​

My prayer is one and only one: 

That You might break this generational curses 

That You might heal my broken families 

That You might bring the real salvations for those who I have grown to love

 

My Lord, my Lover, and my GOD, 

I humbly pleads to You with all my heart

To break this generational curses of sins and shames

To take away the guilt, the errors, the wrong-doings from me and my family...

To bring healing and to lead all of us to the RIVER of LIFE

 

My Lord, my Lover, and my GOD, 

I have faith that can move a mountain 

I have experience Your great love and Your amazing miracles  

I believe that You shall send multitudes of angels to act, to serve, and to protect

I hope that You will honour my sincere desire for reconciliation of my broken

family members in my earthly life

​

We are all after all the broken vessels that are in the very nature fragile 

We are all after all at some points were blinded without Your truth and love 

Yet, now I have grown-up in my spiritual maturity

I have taken up my cross and take the courage to petition for my family 

I have declared a spiritual war-fare to the evil ones

That they shall have no portion nor any position in my household 

For through breaking the generational curses 

I have declared that:

"As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD" (Joshua 24:15) 

and I have faith that 

"You will make everything beautiful in Your time" (Ecclesiastes 3:11).

 

                                                                                                                                                   Thank you for Your divine inspiration to write this poem, 

while my heart was aching thinking and reflecting all the sins 

that my family and I have committed against You.

Surely that through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ that

we shall find no condemnation and eternal life

in Your Heavenly Kingdom,
