Spirit Shines is a ministry rooted from a campus fellowship that took place at The University of Hong Kong, called Spirit Shines Fellowship (SSF) that was established in early January 2013 by Ailin and Kenneth during their dating period when together they searched for truth through exploring Christianity and other faiths in the form of prayer meeting, sharing and dialogs with their friends and local Christian leaders at the Graduate House Dorm at HKU where Ailin used to live (2012 to 2015) until she married Kenneth in early March 2015.

Ailin was baptist at International Baptist Church by Pastor/Dr. Daniel Williams in Hong Kong in

July 7, 2013 and Kenneth was baptist at the Golden Beach in Hong Kong by Pastor/Prof. James Stuart Pounder and Elder Kenneth Lee in January 21, 2017.

They felt the calling to continue share the gospel with others with knowledge and resources that they acquire during the searching and growing period of their faith.

​

SSV online was established in July 2017 with the hope to draw people into a closer and more intimate relationship with our Lord GOD, the CREATOR of

the Universe, Heavens and Earth. SSV's mission is to assist people's spiritual growth and to witness the unconditional love of Christ Jesus (Our friend, Redeemer, and Saviour).

 

In this website, we provide links to various resources of solid Bible teachings, links to sermons and to 

Christian organisations such as Our Daily Bread and Focus on the Family, links to Jesus Film project, and many others. We also share our testimonies of how the Lord work in our lives and links to Christian Churches that we visited during our travels to various places. 

Ailin shares her poems and public speaking engagements in which she was engaged in teaching the bible or sharing her perspective about life and poetry recitals.
